ANACONDA FLEX SPIRAL:

The FLEXSPIRAL is an important innovation to the Food Industry. Its main features are the entry and exit of the belt at low level. It can be designed to give infeed and outfeed at any relative level, one to the other. The FLEXSPIRAL's belt has been tested over many years on Anaconda installations and it is available in widths from 200 to 1000mm in stainless steel or galvanized steel and in various formats.
The different types of belts allow the conveying of any kind of products, even those of the smallest dimension. The FLEXSPIRAL can be used in the Food Industry carrying the widest variety of products.

TECHNCICAL FEATURES:

The FLEXSPIRAL runs on special low friction guides with structure completely in anodized aluminum, stainless steel or plastic - all of food quality standard.
The FLEXSPIRAL's side supports and legs are designed to be free of all dust or dirt traps and to allow for easy cleaning. The belt is powered by several drive units, conceived in such a way that should damage occur to any one motor, this will not effect the overall running of the system.
The FLEXSPIRAL has been designed to require minimal vertical space. Tier clearance is equivalent to pitch minus only the thickness of the belt. A Main Control Panel allows for programming of the working cycle and gives detailed information relavant to maintenance and the running of the system itself.
