With a capacity of up to 5000 medium sized croissants. Add the Amiga for making filled croissants.
   
Model TK C. 12000

The TK C. 12000, here seen with the MULTI FIVE Laminator / Feeder can produce up to about12 000 medium sized croissants or up to 20 000 micro croissants per hour.

Since both rows are discharged to one single two-row curling unit, this can be replace by two curling units for filled croissants with a capacity of up to 6000 filled croissants per hour.
   
The TK C. 20 000 has dual discharge directions using two curling units. It has a capacity of up to about 19000 medium sized croissants and up to about 50000 micro croissants.

MULTI THREE and MULTI FIVE Laminating and dough feeding lines.

Infeed conveyor with side guides and upper and lower flour dusters. Motorized pressure roller and a satellite roller reducing system. Three to five gauging rollers with infeed and discharge mechanism for an even stress-free dough sheet.
 
Amiba Croissant Filling / Curling System


Can be hooked up to any brand of machine on the market.

Hourly production of up to 3500 pieces per unit. Can roll up croissants with base from 60mm to 200mm.

Can roll up with a max of 30 grams of filling.

Disassembles easily for cleaning.
