CANOL HIGH OUTPUT CIABATTA LINE
 

The “heart” in this CANOL line is the NOBEL Zero Stress Extruder with the patented Roller System. The NOBEL produces a completely stress-free dough band, absolutely even edge-to-edge. This is the key to a successful production of Ciabatta as well as Baguettes.

The system has an Automatic Scale immediately after the Guillotine for instant correction of the weight, if necessary.

Capacities: For Ciabatta up to around 2000 lbs/hour. For Baguette type of products, up to around 4000 lbs/hour. .

To complement this system, WELLBAKE can offer automatic Proofer, Tunnel oven, Spiral Cooler and Spiral Freezer.
